About the Job

Salary: To £19,000, plus performance-related bonus

Working Hours: Options for 35 hours full time or 21 hours part time

Working Arrangements: Based in Holmfield, Halifax. There is the option to have a mix of office and homeworking.

What you will be doing

Aspire Development is a training company, and we run courses for managers in their workplace or over Zoom/Teams.  We also provide online learning resources so that managers can learn independently.  Your job would be to support the trainers who run these courses by:

  • Enrolling learners onto our courses
  • Uploading learning resources onto our online platform
  • Gathering feedback from learners about the quality of our training
  • Liaising with our trainers and learners about course queries
  • Monitoring the progress of learners and sharing information with the trainers and managers

Most of your work will be completed online using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and our online learning platform.  We would give you training and support to get to know our systems.

You will work as part of our fantastic Support Team, with colleagues who are supportive and  work together to make sure our trainers and learners receive an excellent service.  The Support Team is based in our office at Holmfield Mills, Halifax, and work flexibly from the office and from home to suit business need and personal circumstances.

How you will qualify for the role

You will be confident in Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience in office administration.  You must be organised and diligent in the way you work, being comfortable to work independently and to deadlines.  You will be excited by all things digital, happy to try things out in order to develop systems and processes further. You’ll need to have the capability to ‘put yourself in the customer’s shoes’, and be able to communicate politely and professionally, mainly via email.   Above all, you’ll be a team player who enjoys variety and is keen to learn.

You will have a Maths and English Qualification at Level 2 (Functional Skills or GCSE C/4).
