In 2015 Aspire began to lift out of the operational detail and increase the Aspire family, creating a Management Team. In this time Aspire began focusing on Customer Service along with giving the company new branding and a facelift.
In 2017 Aspire became an Apprenticeship Provider by getting onto the RoITP Register first time. Whilst continuing to create new client contracts, Aspire began recruiting Specialist Knowledge and Skills in the team.
The Aspire team had the ride of their lives managing multi regulators and stakeholders. They began to develop and improve the Aspire offer by learning from mistakes, trail and error. Aspire passed ESFA, Ofsted, ILM Audits and Inspections. There was now greater investment in people and technology.
“We were elated when we passed our RoITP for the first time, it felt like an offical mark of our hard work. Then the first EFSA audit came around. It felt like taking a test, you know, you do things well but you are unsure if they will ask you something you don’t know. The whole team was very excited but also a little apprehensive. Once it was over it felt like an external recognition of where the business has got to.”
