Drawing on our years of experience in the Learning and Development industry – working both in-house and consultancy-side – our managing director, Trevor Wheatly, launched Aspire back in 2005. Can you believe it was that long ago? Time really must fly when you’re having fun!
As we approach our 10th birthday, our commitment to helping our clients achieve real business benefits through people development remain the same, yet as you would expect, with the passing of time, some things have changed…
Once operating out of a cosy office in Holmfield Mills in Halifax, we’re delighted to tell you that recently we’ve expanded our premises to accommodate our next phase of growth. Over the past few years we’ve had some great success; we’ve recruited more people, worked with more clients, developed our own online 360° Profiling & Feedback tool as well as launching our range of Open Leadership and Managment Programmes.
Our office expansion means we’re still based in Holmfield Mills, now we’re just better equipped to deliver our first-class, ILM accredited, suite of management and leadership programmes to businesses across Yorkshire and even further afield – we’re equipping ourselves with the best tools and facilities to ensure we’re in shape for the future and still doing what we do best in another 10 years’ time!
In fact, our decision to expand and create our own training facilities is as a result of the hugely successful launch our very first Open Programme back in September 2014 – we’ve seen a real need for the development of managers in local businesses. So much so, we wanted to provide these people with a space that was conducive for learning, so they have a place where they can develop, and then take their new skills back to their own office.
Our training suite comprises of state of the art computer equipment, breakout rooms, catering facilities and free parking, and is also available for our clients to use as a base for away-days or strategy setting meetings. It’s a totally flexible space for us and you to use. If you’re ever in Halifax, West Yorkshire, why not pop by to say hello and take a look around our new facilities?
