On the 1st of September 2020, Sally Turgoose was promoted to Learning and Development Director at Aspire. Sally has worked at Aspire for over 6 years and has gained a broad skillset and knowledge of the business and its clients. She explains how this positive change in her job role has affected the work she does now, along with the changes to Learning and Development, during the pandemic.
“We're in an exciting period of change and development as we embrace the digital age and adapt at pace to online delivery formats via Teams and Zoom. The pandemic has brought many challenges and changes to our ways of working but it has also brought the opportunity to do things differently, including the development of our Digital Learning Hub.
This has been a real step forward for Aspire and now enables us to provide online, interactive and accessible learning and development solutions. We are delighted that the response to these changes from our clients has been excellent and has helped to keep our learners engaged during very challenging times for them.”
Sally goes on to explain the importance of having a flexible and dynamic team during these unprecedented times.
