Clare Sutton is one of our Leadership and Development Consultants and she has recently had a big change in her job role. She is now one of the first programme leads to accommodate for night shift delegates at Wincanton. Clare says, "I believe working on night shift should not limit your access to learning and development."
Clare goes on to explain some of the challenges night shift delegates faced before the programme started. She explains, "Often times those working on night shifts are overlooked when it comes to development, or have to step out of their routine to attend learning programmes. This can cause disruption and distractions in the quality of their work." Our client Wincanton came to us with their problems and we worked in partnership to create a bespoke session delivery pattern that would meet their exact need.
Concluding, Clare says, "We wanted to address these pain points and make the programme inclusive to all Wincanton delegates. The programme is run the same, with the same high quality learning, powerful workshops and 1-1 reviews. The only difference is the times of these sessions have changed to best accommodate for night shift delegates."
