Aspire Development are delighted to announce that they will be working in partnership with Historic England and English Heritage to design and deliver general skills training to staff from both organisations.
As a specialist leadership and management training consultancy Aspire were invited to tender for the general skills training contract and were successfully appointed as a provider for the two-year tender framework.
The general skills training contract will be available to approximately 2,700 staff across both organisations. The general skills training workshops will be focused on individual development needs, supporting the staff from both organisations to deliver the exciting and ambitious business strategy for Historic England and English Heritage.
