Aspire Development is delighted to announce four new appointments to its growing team. This follows last year’s appointments of Lisa Riches, Sandra Munro, Jeanette Lee and Sue Wise.
Aspire Development, the people management training and development consultancy, now boasts a team of 15 at its head office in Halifax, after welcoming Georgie Grogan, Liz O’Connell, Fiona Roffey and Allison Branham-Tempest to the team.
Georgie Grogan joined the team in January, and has taken on the role of Bid, Marketing and Sales Assistant. Georgie is responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid and tender process, whilst also delivering in and outbound sales and marketing communication to current, new and potential clients.
Liz O’Connell and Fiona Roffey join Aspire Development in the training team as Development Consultants and will be responsible for designing and delivering people management programmes that help members of staff develop their management and leadership skills.
Lastly, Allison Branham-Tempest joins the team as a Development Quality Consultant and will be responsible for providing support to delegates and programme leaders, with a focus on supporting cohorts to achieve success in their qualifications.
