Our ILM Level 5 Management Apprenticeship allows operations and department leaders to develop their leadership skills to help drive their people forward and in turn improve business performance.

The Leadership and Management apprenticeship programme consists of workshops, e-learning, webinars, 360 degree feedback, psychometric profiling, assignments and 1:1 support which supports managers with developing key skills to successfully lead a business or department.
