Trevor Wheatly - is the Managing Director at Aspire, responsible for leading a dynamic business of highly skilled trainers and consultants. Trevor likes to work closely and in partnership with existing and new client organisations to help boards, teams, groups and individuals set strategy, achieve goals, manage organisational change and develop the skills required to bring about improved performance.
Trevor’s expertise is in personal development and organisational change, helping Aspire client organisations to improve their overall effectiveness through areas such as performance management, succession planning and skills development. Trevor is a member of the British Psychological Society, and is qualified in many psychometric instruments such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) step 1 & 2, Team Management System (TMS), Strengths Development Inventory (SDI), NEO, FIRO B and 16 PF. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is a qualified Life and Business Coach.
Alison – is a Director at Aspire, where she works with groups to help bring clarity of thinking that enables them to cut through everyday distractions to focus on achieving their key goals. Her depth of experience helps the team to shape very effective strategies for future success. When working with individuals, Alison helps people to identify and appreciate their strengths, and then works with them to find opportunities to grow and flex themselves further. She loves to see people reach goals they have set themselves, and grow in confidence and capability on the journey.
Alison has a BA (Hons) in Management and French, and is a qualified practitioner of NLP and psychological instruments such as MBTI.
Rob – is a Training Consultant at Aspire, where he brings a wealth of business knowledge and strategic thinking to his role, and enjoys working with clients to find simplicity out of complexity! As a trainer he combines his thinking and his breadth of experience and knowledge to develop practical and workable solutions that makes a real difference to organisations and to individual performances.
Rob has a BA (Hons) in Economics, as well as an MBA, and a Diploma in Employment Law.
Steve – is a Business Coach and Consultant at Aspire. Steve has a wealth of experience in coaching managers and executives on a variety of subjects including structural change, personal performance, team leadership and work/life balance. Steve has considerable experience of working with Aspire clients facilitating workshops and training sessions which cover team development, communication, change, and career management, and uses his vast knowledge of business and personal development to get results.
Steve has a Diploma in Management Studies, and is involved as mentor and coach for Manchester University under the Manchester Gold scheme with students and lecturers as clients.
Maureen – is a Business Coach and Consultant at Aspire. Maureen works with leaders and their people to turn business goals into tangible people plans, and then supports the delivery of these, gaining the commitment and engagement of everyone affected, to achieve enduring results. Maureen particularly enjoys facilitating small groups and key individuals in their thinking and problem solving, and co-ordinating the people aspects of change programmes.
Maureen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Helen - is a Business Coach at Aspire, and is passionate about personal development and continued learning because she truly believes in the power of coaching as a tool for unlocking potential in all areas of business, from one to one support through to coaching teams. Helen is excellent at building relationships with an ability to provide pragmatic, business based advice, and is both flexible and resilient in her work. Helen has a proven track record of delivering results to a wide client base including managers and leaders in the private and public sectors.
Helen has a number of years experience as an HR professional, and has a MCIPD qualification.
